Patrick Street at Markland, Kingston ON - This very small bedroom for rent is on the second level of the home and has a beautiful view of the patio and garden space. - Share this large home with a family of four plus one Queens students (and two cuddly cats ). Bright window allows for abundant natural light. ️ One Room available - single occupancy, no room sharing Bathrooms are ALL shared (1 full, one half) Water - Included ♨️ Heat - Included ⚡️ Electricity - Included Laundry - In-house, free to use Parking – free, on street parking First and last month required before or on the day you move in. No exceptions. PRICE: $490 per month including internet and utilities. You will be required to pitch in and clean the kitchen and bathroom, just as the other occupants do. Twice a week you will do the dishes, as everyone else in the home does (including the children).
