| Hey! I am looking for someone to sublet starting this May ending at the end of August. Please message me if you're a responsible person seeking a comfortable living space near campus. Here's what you need to know about the apartment: - Situated just a 10 to 15-minute stroll from campus and conveniently close to the metro and shoppers drugmart. Just a 3-minute walk from the bus stop! - Three bedrooms and one bathroom, Furnished. Two rooms are occupied by a third-year(M) and an undergraduate student(F) who may also sublet. Common areas will have a table and chairs and the beanbag and shelf shown in the images. The couch shown in the photo is being removed in late April as a former roommate leaves. - $617 per month, all utilities included. The laundry is pay-per-use in the building on the floor below us, and it has one washer and dryer. We would be happy to split the cost of the internet. -There is an AC unit in the living room that keeps the kitchen area cool, but it only partially reaches the bedrooms; however, I will leave a very good fan in the room. - the room is roughly 91.45 square feet, including the closet, bedroom 1 on the floor plan. We're looking for someone who shares our values of respect and cleanliness. While we're open to the occasional quiet hangout with a couple of friends, we're not interested in hosting parties. It's important to us that our housemate cleans up after themselves in the kitchen and common areas, maintaining a tidy environment for all.
