| Warm welcome, I am looking for a graduate student to rent a room in a fully furnished house in the Sunnyside area close to Queen’s located at 306 Mack Street. As the owner of the house, I am a PhD student in my sixth year at the Smith School of Business and a Lecturer at the Telfer School of Management in Ottawa. I am looking for like-minded individuals to share a collaborative environment. It is a cooperative environment where everyone is polite and professional. The house is located at 306 Mack Street, a 12-minute walk to Queen’s or a 5-minute bus ride with a bus stop across the street. This beautiful turn-of-the-century house with luscious hardwood and great character overlooks Churchill Park and sits on a corner lot, providing privacy as well as ample sunlight. The house has 8 bedrooms, one of which is kept vacant for friends and families to visit and 2 full bathrooms. The available bedroom has a double bed and a large closet and is located on the main floor with a high ceiling. It is the largest room in the house. All furniture and linens are included, such as desk, chair, dresser, and bed and are high-end since the house was fully renovated recently. The room is 780$ plus utilities of 120$ (900$). Included are water, electricity, heating, air conditioning, washer, dryer, dishwasher, high-speed Fiber internet (Wifi), and weekly professional cleaning services. The room is available on May 1st, 2024. I will have a day of showings on April 24. I intend for the house to be a house of knowledge where it is great to live.
