| Hello Everyone! I am looking to sublet one bedroom in my apartment of five bedrooms during the summer! Beginning May 1st until the end of August. There are 2 bathrooms, in suite laundry, dishwasher, two fridges and a huge living area! Unit will be fully furnished, (except for mattress in bedroom). The unit is $750/month plus utilities. It is located on Chancellors Way, a 10 minute walk from the University of Guelph campus and in a great area 5 minute walk away from the mall, grocery store and lots of restaurants! Please let me know if you're interested or if you have any questions! (Does not come with birthday decor and some/most decor from bedroom will also be out of room).
