| I am a Guelph University Student subletting/subleasing my room for May-August during the summer semester. Room for rent near Guelph University Campus (10 minute bus ride, beside bus stop, main road) The room is in the Solstice building near Guelph University Campus. It is right beside the bus stop and is a very short ride to the campus. The room itself is private, and for 1 person (no roommates allowed). The unit itself houses 3 other people with their own rooms, please be respectful. There is a common area for the kitchen and living room. Pictures of room provided + pictures of other common areas available in building. The room is on the 5th floor with a beautiful view.
