| French will follow Students only!! Looking for a place for the summer semester? Look no further! I am subletting my room in 1eleven from May to August 2024. This is a shared unit, there will be one other person living with you. The unit is fully furnished, so you only need to bring your kitchenware, linen and personal items. This is a pet friendly unit, my current roommate has two cats (she is also moving out so the cats won't be there anymore by May) and I've seen a lot of other tenants with pets in the building! There is a study room, as well as a communal kitchen on the 2nd floor, a gym on the ground floor and a big lobby with entertainment. Laundry is available in the building and is around 2$ per wash and 2$ per dry. The building is super secure, with key card entry and an intercom system. Parking is available via Indigo both outdoor and indoor. Situated only a 10 minute walk away from uOttawa main campus, otrain station and right off the lively Elgin St. Rent breakdown: 890$ +100$ for utilities and monthly cleaning. // Étudiants seulement!! C'est un appartement avec colocation, donc il y aura une deuxième personne avec toi. L'appartement est complètement meublé, donc tu n'as qu'à apporter tes trucs pour la cuisine, tes draps/serviettes et tes effets personnels. Les animaux sont permis, ma coloc a deux chats (elle déménage donc les chats seront partis en mai) et j'ai croisé d'autres résidents avec des animaux! Il y a une salle d'étude, une cuisine partagée au 2e étage, un gym au rez-de-chaussée et le lobby à plusieurs choses pour se divertir. Il y a des machines pour la lessive dans l'immeuble qui coûtent environ 2$ pour le lavage et 2$ pour le séchage. L'immeuble est sécurisé avec entrée par carte et un système d'intercom. Il est possible d'avoir du stationnement extérieur ou intérieur via Indigo. À 10 minutes de marche du campus principal d'uOttawa, de l'otrain et juste à côté de la rue Elgin.
