| Wanted: I am desperately looking for a large studio or a one bedroom unfurnished apartment in Welland or surrounding area, I am looking for something that is not shared. My own living space with kitchen and bathroom. My price range is $1000 all inclusive. Prefer laundry on site if possible as my car is going to the scrapyard soon, and it will be very difficult for me to make it back-and-forth to a laundromat. I am in my senior years, very quiet, very clean, non-smoker, and no pets. I have excellent references and I always pay my rent on time I am looking for something as soon as possible and hoping to be able to find a place ASAP!!
