| Please read ad thoroughly before responding. I have several acres within town limits of Fenelon Falls, on a nice well treed private street with just a few neighbours. I will be renting out a good portion of the house, while retaining some space for myself. I will be relocating on a permanent basis within the next year, but in the meantime, will be going back and forth. There may be an option to rent full home after a year or so. The home has 4 bedrooms plus den, 3 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens, large recreational room with fp, 4 season sunroom with fp, attached double garage, and plenty of space for storage. It will be extremely important to me to find the right fit. I am offering a shorter term furnished rental, but will consider long term for right individual. Move in dates are flexible starting June 1st. Applicants will be thoroughly screened and I am looking for someone who fits into the neighbourhood vibe. Quiet, family oriented, respectful of by laws, others and their properties. Pets can be discussed, but I have to say upfront I look after rescue cats who have been traumatized by dogs in past, even the most well behaved. Property is ideal for gardening and small scale farming. Some amenities included: hot tub, firepit, multiple patio and deck spaces, bbqs, and non motorized watercraft. Photos to follow. |
