| Oversized room for rent with walk-in closet. Shared use of kitchen, bathroom and living room, however the other tenant has his own small bathroom, so you're just sharing the shower. Sharing a bright huge 2 bedroom apartment with an awesome easy-going dude (I was his roommate, but I'm moving out of town with my partner). All humans are welcome. Pets ok on approval. Move in preferably June 1st or July 1st if need be. You will have to do an application with the landlord. I can attest that I've been living there for a year, and have absolutely enjoyed my time. Great communication, a lot of fun and quiet when need be. Totally safe space. The room is semi-furnished if you'd like it to be, otherwise we can get rid of the bed, desk and mini-fridge. It's up to you :) Location is eglinton and kipling. Parking available for $70 per month. |
