| Hello there! If you're checking out this post, the private (unshared) room is still available. There is only one other tenant (me) in the apartment with my own room. This is not a basement or rooming house. Just a heads-up: please include an INTRO about yourself when reaching out - age, gender, employment and residency status, and anything else you feel is relevant. Will not reply to "Is it still available" messages. About the room: Nearly 200 square feet. Bright. Barely used queen-size mattress (sheets and pillows provided), couch, huge desk/table, new 40-inch smart TV (with IPTV, Chromecast, Netflix, Prime), dresser and shelf, closet. About the building: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an older low-rise. Friendly neighbours. Coin laundry in the building, and street parking is available. About the neighbourhood: Peaceful, quiet, and family-oriented, serene vibes. Close to Downtown, Lake Ontario, numerous parks, and all amenities. About 7-10 minute bus ride to Old Mill or Royal York stations, and a few minutes to Humber Loop streetcars. Close to Bloor West Village and Parkdale. Bus stop and bicycle terminal just steps away. Living arrangement: Utilities and high-speed internet are included. All kitchen appliances, pots, pans, cups, plates, and cutlery are free to use. This is NOT a vegetarian household. Shared bathroom and kitchen. About me: European guy, early 40s, laid-back, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy unwinding with movies and experimenting in the kitchen, don't mind sharing at all. Hoping to find someone similar who values harmony in our living space. About you: Preferably a single working professional, or employed student. Quiet, clean after yourself, and respectful. Someone from their late 20s to early 50s in age is preferred. Rules: Single occupancy only. No overnight guests. Daytime guests are allowed in moderation and within reason.
