| Hi, we are a young professional and a student looking for a roommate. The room doesn’t come furnished but the house does, there’s in unit laundry available, bathroom is shared with 2 others. The room comes with a parking spot in the drive way. The house is 5-10 minutes walk from both university’s, grocery store and uptown. We are looking for someone who cleans up after them self and is willing to share the chores around the house( cleaning, taking out garbage ect) the rent is 900 plus wifi and 1/6 of the utilities |
