The roommate will sign a roommate agreement with the leaseholder. The roommate will pay rent to the leaseholder. * We hope to sign an agreement from June 1st 2024 to whenever, length is flexible REQUIRED DOCUMENTS for application: * Proof of income * Proof of Identity * Last month’s rent deposit Utilities: * Gas, Hydro, Water, Garbage, Internet (1 Gigabit fibre unlimited bandwidth) * It is usually around $30-$90each a month depending on the season and our consumption. But when we get the water and waste bill 3 times a year it can be $150 each About Us : * We are 4 people in our 20s and 30s. One Couple (female and male) and two women. Also my dog Jupiter. Friendly, tidy people. We like to get together and have game nights and dinner, celebrate each other’s birthdays. But we also give each other space and quiet time. Looking for someone who will fit in and preferably who also loves dogs. <3 We will only be accepting applications from Women since this bedroom and one other bedroom are connected by a bathroom that you share(doors lock on both sides) and it is what makes our current roommate in the other room comfortable. Meet Up : * We can do a video call interview and house tour first. Then if it seems promising we can do an in-person viewing and chat :) Room: * Unfurnished. Has a closet. It has a connected bathroom shared with one other person. You have your own sink and cupboard and you share the toilet and bath/shower. House: * Ground floor and top floor. There are 4 bedrooms total. 2 living rooms, a fenced in backyard. * There are 4 bathrooms total. You will have access to yours and the shared bathroom on the main floor. * Laundry and dryer in house Transit: * Direct quick access to the DVP. Three different bus stops all one block away. One going south to Coxwell Subway station. Two going east to Broadview station. Parking: * We already have two cars in the driveway. You can park on the street if you would like and pay for a monthly parking pass which is $18 dollars a month. |
