| ****** La version française suit plus bas ***** We're looking for a roommate (woman) to join us in our 3 bedroom shared apartment. The apartment has all the necessary amenities and is semi-furnished. The room itself is not normally furnished but there is a relatively new bed and a couple of furniture items that could be rented/sold (negotiable). The location is excellent and everything you need is at walking distance: 97 walk score, 99 bike score and the convenient green metro line, along with 5 bus lines, are all within a 6 minutes walk. We're chill, laidback roommates who appreciate our privacy and living in a clean environment . We're looking for the same in a roommate and for someone who wants to stay after July 2024. The rent includes the fees for the utilities. L'appartement est semi-meublé et a les électroménagers. La chambre n'est normalement pas meublée mais il y a un lit relativement neuf et deux meubles de rangement qui peuvent être loués/vendus (négociables). L'emplacement est excellent et à distance de marche de tout : un walk score de 97, un bike score de 99 et la pratique ligne de métro verte, ainsi que 5 lignes de bus, sont à 6 minutes de marche ou moins. Nous sommes des colocataires tranquilles qui apprécions notre intimité et vivre dans une environnement propre. Nous cherchons la même chose chez une colocataire et voulons également quelqu'un qui compte rester au-delà de Juillet 2024. Le loyer inclut les frais pour les services.
