This is a furnished room which will be share with another girl. So two girls will be in this room. Two Seperate beds and one large closet is in the room. Seperate washroom is outside of the room. This room is available in a detached house and is on first floor. This is a corner room with large window outside to get sunlight and fresh air. Large LCD TV and IP box has installed in your room to watch free movies, news and local channels. Limited Timely kitchen will be allow for cooking purpose and we will prefere those , who will use Tiffin service. Only Vegeterian girls will prefere !!!! Seperate microwave will be in your room for your private use. A Seperate fridge and large shelves and closet will be given to store your dry food stuff and groceries items. No drink, No smoking and No pets will allow in house. First and last rent required. No contract, Month to month, Atleast 3-6 month stay required. 30 days notice needed to be leave.
