This room is on the 3rd floor of a commercial building (2 flights of stairs) above a restaurant/bar (the Green Room). Direct access to the bathroom with bathtub/shower. Kitchen and dining room shared on 2nd floor. Bedding included. Towels if needed. No toiletries provided (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, laundry soap). Ceiling fan in the room. The RUBIS Room has a skylight opening (no normal window) bringing in lots of light, since it is the middle of the apartment, a double bed with an awesome mattress and everything you need while you look for your next accommodation or have just arrived in Toronto. The space is shared with guests in the 3 other rooms ✔ Key-pad lock for early check-in/late check-out (no keys) ✔SHARED: bathroom, kitchen, laundry and common areas ✔KITCHEN: fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle, electric store and electric oven. Large freezer and fridge (Please label the food with your room name). ✔OUTDOOR DECK to store bike and smoke ✔FREE LAUNDRY in the kitchen ✔QUIET TIMES: from 11pm til 8am ✔CLEANING: when you move in the room is clean professionally.
