| I have a basement room and small den for sublet in my apartment sharing the kitchen and bathroom. Rent includes power, heat, lights, wifi, washer and dryer. Unfortunately there is no parking on site but there is public parking just down the road. The rental is close to downtown Truro, close to amenities and only mins from Victoria Park. It’s just myself and my teenage daughter that live here with our two dogs. We are looking for someone used to dogs and familiar with them. One of our dogs is very timid/fearful and requires patience and understanding. We are looking for the right fit to come live with us. Serious inquiries only. Available May 1st.
