| Offgrid land for rent in East Port Medway. Professionally-serviced outhouse onsite. Park your van, trailer, tent etc. You can build a tiny house/bunkie, as long as it is able to be moved. No well, so it's rainwater collection, or water dropoffs. Good cell reception, just off of Hwy 331. Planning on getting a shared solar bathhouse/shower built by end of summer, but that depends on if I get the land successfully rented. Til then, you will have to bring your own shower bag or use the showers at Rissers Campground. (Or get a gym membership in Bridgewater). The goal is to get a small offgrid community of 10-20 people that are happy living off the land and growing their own food, raising chickens/farm animals, living cleanly and sustainably. Garbage collection available roadside, and once I get a civic number, there will be mail service. Any and all political views/religions welcome, as long as I don't have to hear about them. No drug addicts, alcoholics, crazy people, or people with a history of violence please. Background check may be required, as there are likely to be elderly people and/or families with small children part of the community. No aggressive animals. Monthly rental fee will never go up, regardless of services that become available in future. |
