There is a fairly new wood furnace in the basement that you can run to your heart's content to reduce your heating cost, if you have access to a supply of wood. Six acres of beautiful riverfront pasture. Parking for one (maybe 2) cars. For anyone who doesn't know, Southampton is 20-25 minutes from Amherst, Springhill, and Parrsboro; so, you definitely need a car. $1,200 per month (or $1,100 if you're willing to give me a few hours a month of help on my adjacent farm), plus hydro. |
