The apartment is in the South end, very close to SMU, Dal and the downtown area. Ideal for a student or young professional working/studying in the city for the summer or move to the area ahead of the student rush. -Rent + utilities is $750/month (Utilities include Wifi and power) -May 1st-August 31st -No furniture in the whole apartment as we are moving. *We have a dog currently living with us just to be aware for allergies.
