| One room in a 5-bedroom house close to St. Mary's, Dal, Gorsebrook Park and IWK. Located on a quiet side street. 12min walk to Dal, 4 min walk to SMU. Bright and spacious room comes with a bed frame, mattress, dresser, table and chair. We have an in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, 2 washrooms (you will only share a washroom with one person), a TV with Netflix etc. and plenty of communal kitchenware, spices, etc. Every room has its own thermostat so that you can control how warm it is. We also have a bit of space in the front yard where you can garden. The roommates are very nice, all students or young professionals. This is a short-term sublet for the month of June only, but there is potential to come back and live here long-term starting in September or October 2024. Cheap(er) rent ;) |
