| Room for short term rent Small attic-like room in a large shared house on Bauer st. $425 for June 9th to 23 $475 for July 12 to 31 (possible to extend another week if needed) Looking for a queer friendly subletter who needs a few weeks in Halifax this summer. Want to stay in a huge house with chill people and a nice cat? HOUSE: The house is old, drafty, has one cat (who needs to be the only pet). Huge living and dining rooms, a smallish kitchen, and one bathroom. The room is on the third floor and the stairs are fairly steep to enter the house. Artists live here so there’s weird stuff on the walls but we love a clean kitchen and approach chores with a zone defence and daily dishes. We do our best! We are quiet in the house by 10pm usually! There are four adults who share our home and we all have very full lives so sometimes we don’t see each other much but we are good friends too. You’d be welcome to socialize and share the common spaces and/or have private time in your room as you like. ROOM: The room is fairly small with half the ceiling slanted. There is a double bed, a bedside table, a desk, and a few shelves for clothes (no closet). Two windows that open. Please email with some info about you and what you’re looking for! Dini .
