| Seeking a female roommate in a 2-level, 2 bed 1 bath house. The place is spacious and newly renovated, with a front yard and lots of basement storage, as well as in-unit, free laundry. Move in date is June 1st. Rent is $1100/month, parking included. All other utilities (wifi, power and oil) are not included and are to be split between both roommates. This usually comes to between $200 and $300 per month, depending on power usage (the oil is budgeted and paid year-round). The lease ends in December, and I’m not sure yet if I am going to renew, but this can be discussed before move-in. I am a musician and go to school for music production, so those in the music industry are preferred. I have one, well behaved male cat, and am happy to welcome one more into the home, on the condition that both cats get along well.
