| Hello! We have a room available in our three bedroom 1.5 bath detached home in the west end of Halifax (near Quinpool and Oxford). We are a male and female professional and phd student in our early thirties. The house has an unfinished basement for storage, a large living room, dining room and kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and a large back porch. The kitchen has a dishwasher and there is in suite laundry. The house is furnished except for the bedroom. Teddy B. a lovely cat also lives in the house so we are looking for a fellow pet lover! We are both social active people who enjoy things like board games, dinner parties, bouldering, knitting, and reading. We are hoping to find an open, clean, sociable roommate to join our lovely household for July 1. Rent is 700$ and services (power, heating, Internet) are between 150 and 300$ depending on the season. |
