It is currently furnished with a twin bed, small dresser and a computer desk and chair, these items can remain, however you would be free to furnish as you please. I am quiet, respectful, try to live a healthy lifestyle, rarely drink and am a non-smoker. I would prefer someone close to my age that is looking to save some money. I live close to Halifax Shopping Centre and Mumford Bus Terminal.
