| Looking for a mature and professional roommate to share an apartment with in a new building close to Larry Uteck and Bedford Highway. The unit has 2 bedrooms. You will be replacing a roommate who is moving out and live with a young professional (male, 30ish!). The room is bright and has a large window that opens to the balcony! The rent is $900/month plus electricity and WiFi (approximately $60/month per roommate). The rent includes a private room, water, heat and hot water, private washroom, balcony, in-unit laundry, kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. The building has a social room and small gym, indoor garbage room and mailboxes. The building is very clean and well-managed. Each occupant will have their own private room – no sharing. Looking for a single occupant only. I am looking for a mature and clean person. No smoking or pets allowed in the building. Parking is not included in the rent. Previous roommates parked off-street.
