| Big room with huge closet in 4 bdr house Available July 1st. Looking for a mature working single person/professional (woman or man). Must be responsible, respectful, and clean. 1 room (the room door can be locked from the inside) on the second floor in a four-bedroom two-level house in a beautiful Community located on a private street at Vitalia Ct off of Washmill Lake Dr in Clayton Park. The house is very beautiful and modern. It is very safely and conveniently located. No traffic noise. No parties. The bus stop is about a 2-minute walk. Close by the Walmart, Atlantic Superstore, Costco, and many other shops. This room can be furnished or without the furniture. The picture of the room is just for your reference about the size and shape of the room. It has a cozy space (like an office) next to the window for those who like to spend time in front of the TV or computer and feel comfy. Rent is $1300, Rent includes cold & hot water, heat, electricity (within reason - no grow-ops, don't use the furnace to make it feel tropical inside, etc.), WiFi, and non-coin operated washer/dryer. Parking available. There is a free gym if you like sport. A damage deposit of $650.00 will be required. Refundable in case of no damages. Rent from July up to November with a possibility to extend( in case we will not move out). Sorry, no pets. No smokers. I am also going to give for rent another smaller room with a closet in the same house for $1100. Utilities included. A damage deposit of $550 is required. Currently, I and my family occupy 2 other rooms. We are a family from Ukraine. We have a child 1,5 years old. But the baby stays in the master bedroom on the first floor. Also, the living room and dining area, kitchen are located on the first floor. Because of the baby, we would require some flexibility and respect for the noise level when she sleeps.
