| A new resident(work professional) moves to Newfoundland this June. I’m looking to rent either a room or a one bedroom apartment where it's located in either Mount Pearl (near to Mt Carson Ave better but if not, it's okay) or St. John's. (near to Great Eastern Avenue better but if not, it's okay) Hope to move in this June/2024. I'm a totally nice and positive person without any bad habbits (no alcohol, no tattoos, no drugs) I’m quiet (dislike party) and like clean and neat environment. Simple demands: This place includes kitchen (refrigerator & cooking stuff) and bathroom for hot shower and natural calls). No parking lot is okay. And wish the monthly rent with a generous price can be around $450 (can talk later if you have different offer, directly message me) |
