| Subletting my room from April 29th to August 19th (possibility of being extended till September 6 or so), comes furnished with table, chair and mini wardrobe as well. There is also a closet to hang your clothes. It will be 530 per month plus utilities. Internet will 33.50 a month and the electricity bill would be pretty low during the summer as it is shared among you and 2 other people. It is close to bus routes to avalon and MUN, a 3 min walk, close to amenities such as Colemans and Sobeys.
