House is a contemporary gorgeous fully furnished 2 story, 3+ bedroom, 2 bath open concept house. Modern appliances with dishwasher and laundry. Off street parking, nice outdoor space with a fully fenced yard, close to Renny mills trail, Bannerman park and walking distance to downtown and MUN. Suitable for graduate students, traveling nurses, solo travelers, locals who are moving or renovating and in need of short term accommodations or someone who just wants to summer in St. John's.
