| Hi! My name is Jack Saunders and I am a student looking for a 1 Bed and 1 Bath apartment to rent up to $1000 in budget (give or take) for March 1st, April 1st, or May 1st. I have no pets, no car, smoke very infrequently outside, have my own furnishings, I have references, and do not party. Laundry in the building, or attached is a necessity, proximity to MUN and/or the Avalon Mall is also a necessity. As much included in the rent as possible, but POU and internet can be acceptable.
