This is a perfect area, being a 1 minute walk away form a super center with a Walmart, dominion, Canadian tire and many other stores! As well as a 2 minute drive to Costco! There will be a dog in the house, so you must be ok with pets, and the occasional sloppy kiss, and small pets will be considered as that is only fair :) Currently only street parking available, though will be getting driveway paved to allow for up to 5 vehicles to park, so you will be good come winter.
