| I am wondering if there is any interest in renting a 3 bedroom house in the Humber Road area. There's a small possible spare room but was used as an office as it's compact sized made it a great spot. A full bathroom upstairs, a toilet and washer/dryer on the main level. Kitchen, large living area, sun porch with exit to the front of the house/driveway. Nice back patio with views of the harbor and the cruise ships that come in to Corner Brook. Access to an unfinished basement with lots of storage space and deep freezer. Pets MAY be ok but would need to be discussed. A 5 minute walk to walmart, Dominion, Canadian Tire, Murphy Square area, and approximately a 20 min walk to the hospital. Parking for 3-4 vehicles depending on the sizes. The house has electric heat, but does have a functioning clothes line attached to the back deck. The rent would be $2500/month plus POU. Agreement can be made between the owner and renters on whether they want to pay 1st month and last month rent in the beginning or if the mutual decision would be 1st month rent and 50% damage deposit up front.
