Must be able to live with three other roommates plus myself and my partner. We are very quiet and respectful each other's privacy. The house has security and cameras. No parking other than on the street. Share accommodation with other roommates. Rent is $600.00 month to month basis. No lease. $300.00 damage / security deposit is required.
