A fully furnished living room with couches, a brand-new Samsung washer dryer, and washroom in mudroom at the rear of the main floor. • The second floor has three bedrooms, two storage closets and a full bathroom with shower. • The basement is a large open area with storage, HVAC, and hot water tank. The air conditioner is outside behind the house. • There is a nice backyard with a deck, open area, and small garage for storage only. A little bit about me.
