| We have a private room available for sublet in our basement, partially furnished and ready to move in on May 1st. The current occupant will be leaving by the end of April. The room comes with a desk and chair, and it can be furnished further depending on availability. All utilities are included in the rent, such as heat, water, electricity, and high-speed internet. The rent is $550, and the security deposit is half a month's rent. Our basement is shared with three mature working professionals who work in IT and government. They are busy during the day, so you will have plenty of space and privacy. You will have access to the kitchen, laundry, and toilet, which you will share with the other occupants. Our family of three (myself, my wife, and our child) live upstairs. We are also working professionals. The house is located in West Kildonan, a safe neighborhood close to all stores, medical clinics, parks, and gyms. The bus stop is right outside the house for your convenience. The entrance to the basement is separate, and there is a parking pad available for one car. There is also plenty of street parking available. Some key highlights to consider: - Centralized heating and AC - Bus #18 and #38 stop outside the house and can take you to the University of Winnipeg, RRC, Zoo, the Forks, and downtown in minutes. - All stores such as Walmart, Canadian Tire, Home Depot, Superstore, etc., are just a few minutes away. - Dollarama, IGA, and Burger King are within walking distance. - The house is covered with security cameras and sensors. We are looking for a mature, clean person who respects privacy. This space is ideal for international students and working professionals.
