The building has a nice gym, study room, and outdoor pool and open terrace in the summer. The balconies are huge too, and windows in the room allow fresh air. The building is very clean and located in the heart of downtown near to all offices on Broadway, Exchange and Forks. Ideal for someone working full time. Underground parking is also available. Please dm me for more information and to arrange a viewing. The rent includes all utilities except wifi. It is furnished with a bed and I can help you furnish it more if required. The unit has central AC and heating so summers are good. Hydro is included in the rent so no need to worry about how much to use. I don’t have the exact photos because there is a tenant currently living there. I’m clean, respectful and quiet. I prefer someone who’s also the same. I have been wanting to get an apartment in Holdiays Towers from a long time, finally now that I have it I would love to share it with someone who will appreciate it the same way as I do.
