Moderate weekend social drinkers, discreet and considerate partiers, and outdoor or non-smokers please. Under 30 preferred, but all applicants considered. Open to males or females of any sexuality. We respect and appreciate all kinds of nationalities, or ethnicities, but sorry, we discriminate against very religious, intolerant, preachy people..., no offence intended. Excellent space for a student, an employed person, or even a P/T single parent. Consideration given to couples. Bedroom is Small sized, tiled floors, recently painted and renovated, wired cable hookup, wired and wireless internet. Furnishings include Queen Bed, Tall Dresser, Night Tables, Night Lamps, Coat Hooks, Laundry Basket, Tall Drawer Dresser, Mirror, Lamp, Fan, 50 Inch Flatscreen w/ Chromecast, Radio. Area- Address is near Beach and Kent. It is 3 blocks West of Kildonan Place, and near tons of stores, restaurants, grocery stores, beer vendor, Liquor Commission, Hospital, library, and fast food outlets. It is a multicultural, responsible, quiet neighbourhood with really decent neighbours. Several parks and green spaces only 1 block away, biking and jogging trails also. Bus Routes and Parking- 1 block from Lagimodiere, with great bus options, and many routes close by. 1 bus to UofM, 1 bus to both campuses of Red River College, and 1 bus to UofW. Free unrestricted parking on the street in front of house. During snow clearing parking ban periods, nightly parking on driveway pad if available. (Reasonable and Normal usage only please.) 'Cleanliness' level is usually 7 or 8 out of 10. Chores are done together, we ask for around 1 hr of your time every month. Everyone is very busy in the whole house and there is ample alone time, and little traffic. Everyone is VERY noise tolerant and fine with occasional weekend parties, especially if they are invited. Regular weekday quiet time in effect from 10pm to 8am (re: excessive noise). Landlord is ok with considerate and discreet activities of residents or guests. Landlord lives in B.C. so just govern ourselves pretty much. We are non-judge-mental, trustworthy, easy going, positive communicators.
