| Hi! I want to sublet my bedroom at 30 UC because I need to go to other city for 8-month internship. This is a 2 bedroom and 1 bath apartment. The rent is 926.5 each person( not including hydro- hydro each month will be shared equally based on the bill). Washer and dryer available in unit. It is available from May 1 to mid December. You can use the table and bed I have. Also, my roommate has a cat. Please message me if you are interested. Female tenants only because my roommate is female.
