We are seeking a tenant to take over the remaining 6 months our apartment lease for 455 Edison Avenue in Winnipeg, starting on July 1, 2024. The follow-on tenant would have the option of extending the lease further. The 962 square foot apartment is located on the fourth floor of a fairly new, non-smoking building.
