We won’t accept tenants with children as the house does not have enough space to support a family. We’re sorry. No overnight stays for friends, family, or significant other. They can visit. We live in a 5 bedroom house with a basement in the heart of the River Park South area ( near St Vital mall). Walking distance to Tim Hortons and 1 minute walk to 54 bus routes and 5 mins walk to bus 14 to any neighbourhood in the city. A 10 minute drive to Walmart , 10 minutes to the mall, and 10 mins drive to St Vital park. One available Parking spot in the garage. Our shared spaces include a living room and in unit laundry in the basement, 2 bathrooms (upperfloor and basement), and kitchen. All utilities and wifi included in monthly rent. Room comes furnished. Our ideal roommate is: - kind and communicative, conflict is unavoidable when coexisting with others, let's deal with it upfront in a respectful way :) - clean and tidy in shared spaces, but not a neat freak (very important) - Quiet, we're laid back but this is definitely not a party house **Emotional support cats included in rent** |
