| Seeking a housemate for a two bedroom, one bathroom unit in a culturally-diverse housing co-op community located 2 blocks from Vic High in Fernwood (15 to 20 minute walk from downtown). The bedroom is fairly small, with a balcony, and is partly furnished (bed, lazy boy, desk). The rent is $625 per month, including electricity, heat, internet connection, and shared laundry, with a damage deposit of half a month's rent. The room is available starting July 1. I am a curious, compassionate and co-operative grandmother, who loves to spend time in nature. I hope to find a roommate who is sensitive and co-operative, financially responsible, environmentally conscious, able to speak out and listen when issues arise, and takes initiative with housework.
