| I have a small room available June 16, that's furnished with a single bed and a desk/chair. Also comes with a small mini fridge. The room is about 9'x7' and comes with a large window for sunlight and airflow. Price is $700 all inclusive including high speed internet. Location a few minutes walking distance away from Tillicum Mall. This is a private room with a lock, but other spaces will be shared. I'm looking for someone who can stay here and do weekly cleanings for the house as I would like to keep the place as clean as possible and we are 3 other people living here (3 asian males including myself). Weekly cleanings include cleaning kitchen, washroom, living room, and vacuuming and mopping floors. Deep cleanings such as ovens, fridge, etc would be done monthly. The ideal roommate: - Likes to keep the living spaces very clean - Does not need to cook often, kitchen can be used for light snacks but does not need to spend hours a day in the kitchen. - Is okay with potential noise (just normal living noises from upstairs and unit beside it). - Preferably a working professional or student - Does not have a lot of personal belongings. - Does not require a parking spot.
