Less than 10 min bike ride to downtown or Royal jubilee hospital. Rent includes all utilities. Space available in the basement for your bike or storage. You will have full access to the green house, beautiful sunny backyard with lots of fruit trees & can use the garden beds to grow your own food. You will be sharing the home with me( 34 year old female) & my well trained 30-pound dog( half time) .I am a nurse , don't smoke,clean and tidy.
