The room will be unfurnished but I can arrange for a queen bed to be in the room if needed. It’s a 15 minute walk to Uvic and there is a bus stop to Uvic and downtown about 2 blocks away. There is also lots of street parking. There is also laundry in the house. Pets not allowed. Other roommates are in their 20’s. Rent is $725/month not including utilities. It usually adds up to about $750/month with utilities.
