If you’re booking ahead or you’re not in town a $225 deposit will be required to hold the room, to be applied to the end of the rental period. If you cancel before the move in date the deposit if forfeited unless I can fill it Linens included. Confirmation of employment/school required. Absolutely no smoking and no pets. Please do not respond if you are a smoker. Queen bed, night table and desk in the room with a small closet. Private bathroom. Shared kitchen and shared laundry in the suite. The house is located downtown. Very short walk to the Massage Therapy College and the main bus exchange for convenient transit. Lots of restaurants, services, groceries etc. and walk to the rec centre. 8 minutes to the hospital. 10 minutes to OK College by car Parking for 1 vehicle included on the property.
