NEIGHBOURHOOD: -Close to Superstore, Walmart, Canadian Tire, Rec Center, lots of parks, Ect. -Very transit accessible, 10 min walk to Renfrew or Rupert Skytrain, 1 stop to Commercial Broadway Skytrain, easy walk to #9, #16, #27, #25 busses. -Lots of parks, great views of the mountains, safe and chill. -Easy to get on the #1 Freeway to nip over to North Van or head south HOUSE: -5 bedroom /2 bath house. (Only four roommates total.) - VERY spacious 2 storey, cool retro vibe, plants and art, giant laundry with washer and dryer, hung lines. -VERY equipped kitchen with everything you’d need to cook basically anything, 2 fridges -Lovely and sunny backyard with BBQ, great for entertaining with fire table (Hello summer!) if you’re a gardener there is space for you to use that green thumb. -Garage to do activities in, storage. -Unrestricted street parking if you have a vehicle, back driveway. - Tons of storage space for all your bikes, outdoor, camping etc items. - Smoking - both cigarettes and 420 is allowed, though OUTSIDE ONLY! ROOM: - Furnished with double bed with storage, built in closet, bedside table and 4 drawer dresser. -Hardwood floors, nice light from the window - This room is next to the kitchen and while we all work to keep noise down when the person is home/ sleeping it may not be a good fit for a light sleeper. -Not massive but very cosy, comfortable and great vibe to it. INCLUDES: (makes it very easy to budget the rest of your life.) -Streaming -Wifi -Utilities -Cleaning supplies -Kitchen spices, cooking oils etc. -Toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent, dish soap -BBQ fuel ROOMMATES: -We are currently made up of two girls and one guy, aged from 31 to 42. We are a LGBTQA, Poly friendly space. -Everyone is a bit creative and loves to have a laugh and chat but also knows when and how to give space too. -M- is a born and raised Vancouverite and has been with this property for several years. Queer. works as a masseuse DT. festival worker / guest. work for cirque when the big top is in town. far too many hobbies for my own good. Pet mom. -Y - Moved to van from Germany back in 2015. Originally from Singapore. Has lived in multiple places through the world. Editor and content creator for a company specializing in natural pet remedies. -T- Here from Australia, waitress and actress, always working on new projects and LOVES thrifting and going for walks when the weather is co-operating.. We are a clean and respectful house with open communication and expect the same. -All housemates are expected to clean up after themselves, help with house chores once a week on rotation. We are clean and tidy in common spaces but no one is obsessive. -Friends are welcome in our house and there is plenty of space to host. We don’t throw ragers though. -There are pet rats that live in the bar downstairs in their mansion cage. skittles, munchkin, pepper, zelda, booger. They're very friendly and love meeting new people.(This house would not be ideal for anyone with a hay allergy.) -One roommate is rat phobic and has been fine living with them, they are out of the way.
