I’m looking for a tidy and responsible person/couple to look after the suite. Available May 15th to August 31, with the possibility of extension. Please note the following before messaging: Smoking/vaping is prohibited. Pets and parties are not allowed. The suite comes fully furnished (queen size bed, dining table with chairs, book shelves, sofa) . Full kitchen. Full bathroom. Washer/dryer within the suite. Street parking. The original furniture must remain in the unit and be kept in good condition throughout the renting. Rental price is for one occupant and includes WiFi + all utilities. Damage deposit is half of monthly rent. An additional $200/month will be added for couples.
