Non-Smoking, No pet, Sharing with Student & Professionals It is for non-smoking, no pet and absolutely no drug. You will be sharing the kitchen and bath room with 2 students and 1 female professional who is an alternative health practitioner. With mixed genders, we want someone who is quiet and clean following our cleaning schedule. 4). Reasonable rent: The rent is $730 not include utilities, washer and high speed internet with unlimited data. Everything included is $800.
