| Are you new to Vancouver and looking for short term rental, this might be ideal for you. We are only looking for 1 student or worker with a valid visa. At this time looking for short term (2 months) rental, can later be reviewed if need to go on a month to month basis. Available on June 1st, 2024 Location: Vancouver, B.C. near Trout Lake Area. Trout Lake Community centre offers different programs and includes a full fitness centre. Very convenient location, bus and Skytrain station are nearby. Easy access to downtown Vancouver, as well easy access to UBC. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops are all nearby. Monthly rental fee: CAD 900 Security deposit of $ 450 will be required to hold the room rental (this will be returned to you after you leave and all is in good order). Includes: Share kitchen, share bathroom with 1 person only, WIFI, electricity, hot water and use of laundry room. Room is private and is fully furnished with a bed, closet desk and chair. The room is a den area, it has everything you need in a very comfortable and nice home, with a large walk in closet and bright window area. The room rental is ideal for a new comer to Vancouver or someone with minimal belongings, like an international student or temporary worker. We welcome you to Vancouver soon.
