| Very clean, self-contained ground level suite, 500 square feet. Suits 1-2 quiet persons. Available July 01st, for a period ranging from 4-12 months. Rent: $2300/month, includes high speed internet and all utilities (there is no cable/TV). Tenant pays for their phone only. Fully furnished. Bedding, linen, pots and pans provided. Dishwasher, iron. Queen size bed. Exclusive access to shared laundry 1 day a week, and available on additional days after talking with landlord. No smoking/vaping in the suite, but OK in the back of the yard. Public transport in the area: Buses no. 19, 20, 25, and 33 within 5-15 minutes walk. Millennium Line Skytrain stations (29th Ave., and Nanaimo) ~20mins walk away. Grocery store (88 Supermarket) 3 blocks away. London Drugs 10mins walk away. Please do kindly note: - No in-person viewing, but I will send videos to serious parties, and I hope that we'd meet at the house (we live here too) so that you can meet us and see the house/suite from the outside. - More than 2 persons, pets, and less than 4 months long rental are non-negotiable.
